About the event
What: A read aloud that features a reading of the book, “What Color is Santa” by the editor, Karla-Renae Harris. The story follows Jimmy’s journey to find the truth about Santa’s race to share with his friends on the playground but what he finds is a shocking twist. This is a fun perspective on Christmas magic that encourages open and honest conversations about race. Activity and dialogue will follow the reading.
When: December 21, 2020 from 6pm – 7pm ET.
Who: Students grades K-3.
